Your Mission:

  • To complete a group program filled with intense exercise Your abilities will be evaluated by experts
  • You will be placed into one of four groups:
    • Marine Corps
    • Army Ranger
    • Navy Seal
    • Elite Delta Force
  • You will meet three times a week for five weeks, from 6:00am- 7:30am
  • You will be motivated to achieve your full potential
  • You will succeed in getting yourself into shape

Boot Camp FAQs

What is boot camp?

Boot camp is one of the most intense and beneficial programs ever created.  It’s the fastest way to shape up and lose body fat.  Your muscle endurance and cardiovascular conditioning is improved at the same time in a super circuit fashion.  Throughout the entire workout your heart rate remains elevated, while at the same time your muscles are toning and burning body fat at the highest rate possible.

Do I have to be in shape to join?

NO!  You don’t have to be an athlete to participate.  We have divided our boot camp into four groups.  Every camper is tested by a highly qualified trainer to assure the individual is placed in the correct group.  Tests are based on five components of physical fitness, muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardio/respiratory endurance, and flexibility. 

I’ve been working out for over 10 years; will this program challenge me?

YES!  We have trained some of the top athletes in the country and we challenge anyone who thinks it’s not a challenge.  After your fitness evaluation if we feel that you are up to par you will be put into our Elite Delta Force group which consists of people who are able to run a low   5-6 minute mile and have displayed a tremendous amount of muscular endurance.  We have marathon runners, tri-athletes, fitness competitors, and body builders who have all thought the same as you, who continue to return every season for our unique challenge.

Why Elite Sports Boot camp; can’t I just do it at another gym? 

Elite Sports started the fitness boot camp in Massachusetts over 8 years ago and we run one of the most successful group exercise programs in the country with over 150 participants in every class.  We have a group of highly qualified fitness professionals with unsurpassed knowledge in the field of health and fitness who have proven themselves to be some of the best in the business with over 40 years of combined experience.

Why should I pay money to be ridiculed and abused by your drill instructors?

Our trainers are educators and motivators, not name callers.  You will be inspired and encouraged to reach your fitness goals.  We focus on team building in addition to helping you build your own self confidence and improving your body image to its ultimate fitness potential. 

I’m 55; am I too old for your boot camp?

NO WAY!  After evaluation by our fitness professionals, you will be placed in a division with peers of equal fitness ability where you can accelerate at your own pace and not have to keep up with the 21 year old fitness buff, unless you can. 

Group exercise programs are for women; do guys really do this program? 

YES!  Because of our trainers’ experience working with professional athletes at the highest level , the nature of this intense exercise program is about 50% men.  We dare YOU, man or woman, who thinks this program will not be intense enough to challenge their full fitness potential.  Sign up and see for yourself why thousands before you have been elated and successful with our program.


I’ve been exercising for six months and haven’t lost any weight, how can boot camp help me?

Our boot campers are given access to our online nutrition program which helps you to monitor your daily caloric intake.  This program is like having your own private nutritionist living with you; it will even tell you what to eat every day.  This one component alone will increase your metabolism and help you lose weight.  Let’s not forget how many additional calories you will burn off participating in our boot camp program.
