Golf Conditioning

This is a great golf fitness program for in-season training! With Josh Green, Elite's own Titleist Performance Institute Certified Professional Golf Trainer, you will work on your swing mechanics while going through a golf-appropriate training. You will learn how to feel and see what you are doing, which will in turn allow to self-evaluate and improve your game!!

 

Running Club - Sugar Bowl Challenge!

Challenge yourself in this motivating running club - open to beginners through advanced runners!!  Weekly training will get you ready to complete a 5 mile run in the Jim Kane Sugar Bowl Challenge in July!! Race fee and Elite Running Club shirt included!! Don’t miss out!!

Run Wild

Monday/Friday 6:00 – 7:00 am & 9:00 – 10:00 am
Only $5/class!!

Say goodbye to walking and running on the treadmill at the same speed and incline! This walking and running class consists of hill and speed intervals led by a personal trainer. You will ultimately push yourself further than you ever thought possible. Embrace the challenge!!

 

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Monday 6:00-7:00pm & 8:00-9:00pm; Wednesday 5:00 – 6:30 pm & 8:00-9:00pm; Friday 5:00-6:30pm; 8:00-9:00pm; Sunday 10:00 -11:30 am

Only $75/month or $10/class

Professional instruction by a trained Brazilian Jiu Jitsu martial artist with over 14 years experience! Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a martial art and combat sport that focuses on grappling and ground techniques. It promotes that a smaller, weaker person can easily and safely defend themselves against a larger, stronger opponent using leverage and certain joint-locking techniques. Belt testing will be offered. Anyone interested in learning self-defense, grappling, or ground techniques should check out this program!! (Monday & Sunday no uniform is required.  Wednesday & Friday uniform is required.)
