    Coming Soon: ELITE QUICK FEET

    This exciting new program is coming July 31!! This ten week cadriovascular program features a mix of everything from running, spinning, cardio drills and more. The ultimate goal is losing weight and increasing endurance while in a fun environment. This program is designed for all fitness levels.

    Do I have to be an athlete to participate?

    No!! You don't have to be an athlete to participate!! We will work on your cardiovascular ability throughout the ten weeks, gradually progressing toward the ultimate goal. This program will be fun and challenging!!
