Elite Sports has developed a highly fun and motivational kids’ fitness program that will help your child to develop proper techniques and skills to carry forth to their teen and adult years. We’ve done our homework; we know how much kids like video games so we have incorporated some of the latest and greatest exercise equipment called the CATEYE game bikes. The CATEYE game bike allows the kids to race one another on a virtual reality projection screen. This program touches on all five components of physical fitness starting with general warm-up into our flexibility stretching session, we have specialized hydraulic machines that are designed to fit your child’s body so they can gain strength without injury. We also touch on cardiovascular and muscular endurance training by giving your child access to our line of cardiovascular training equipment. At Elite Sports we understand that fitness can also be made fun. That is why in every class we take time to play games to maintain their attention and interest. It is well known that nutrition is a big factor in weight loss. To help assist with their nutrition we offer each child access to our online nutrition program which is similar to a report card which helps them to grade themselves on proper food choices. YES! We designed the program so that all children can be challenged at all abilities. Due to the nature of this intense program your child will be able to release endorphins and be able to relax and feel rewarded.
