Our Strength & Conditioning Program meets for 1.5 hours, 3 days per week over a 10-week period, providing more than 40 hours of specialized training. We design each individual athlete a sport specific training and nutrition program.

Participants are taught effective and safe techniques in the following areas:

  • Warm-up & Cool-down
  • Flexibility
  • Plyometrics
  • Functional Strength Training
  • Explosive Strength Training
  • Speed
  • Agility
