A Comprehensive, Sport-Specific Training Program

to Get You Maximum Results and Improve Your Game!

Elite’s Athlete Training Membership program begins with an introductory evaluation with one of our certified strength & conditioning specialists or personal trainers. We devote this initial session to performing a comprehensive assessment and evaluation to ensure that we identify and address the specific needs of each athlete; including the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and other important performance tests, which may vary depending on the athlete’s sport and specific training goals.

Develop a Sports-Specific Training Program Designed for You

Starting with an initial athlete evaluation, we develop an individualized, sport-specific training program for each athlete. Training sessions are performed under the direct supervision of Elite staff in semi-private training sessions (up to 4 athletes per trainer in a 75-minute training session). This small group setting allows us to ensure that athletes demonstrate proper form and technique with all exercises while also developing camaraderie among our athletes.

Through Elite’s training options, our comprehensive training program emphasizes all elements of athletic performance, including strength, explosive power, speed, agility, balance, conditioning, mobility and flexibility, while also addressing any specific needs of the individual athlete. Our Athlete Training Membership program also includes access to our S.P.A.R. (Speed, Power, Agility, Reaction) training sessions, a 60-minute high-intensity session focused on improving speed, power and agility.
