Improve your STRENGTH, SPEED, POWER, AGILITY and reduce your risk of injury with Elite’s individualized, sport-specific training programs! Our Summer Sports Performance Program runs from June 17-August 24 and includes a one-on-one Athlete Assessment for new clients. Athlete Assessments include a Functional Movement Screen and baseline performance testing and must be scheduled and performed prior to group training sessions.

Choose from 2x, 3x or 4x/week programs.  STRENGTH training sessions are 75 minutes and S.P.A.R. (Speed, Power, Agility & Reaction) sessions are 60 min. In addition, we are now offering a Youth Training Program designed for athletes aged 8-11!
