CHAIR YOGA – Chair yoga is a general term for practices that modify yoga poses so that they can be done while seated in a chair. These modifications make yoga accessible to people who cannot stand or lack the mobility to move easily from standing to seated to supine positions. Many of the basic body mechanics of the individual postures are retained, no matter the stance of the practitioner. While seated on chairs, students can do versions of twists, hip stretches, forward bends, and mild backbends.

EASY CARDIO AND CORE Perfect for those looking for low impact cardio and functional strength training set to great music. This class features fun and motivating functional aerobic and strength training. This class is great for beginners or for those looking to improve balance and coordination.
EASY FIT STRENGTH – This class is designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and improve activities for daily living. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support and class can be modified depending on fitness levels.
EASY FIT CIRCUIT – In this class you will have the element of surprise as we will be using different types of equipment from weights, balls, resistance bands, steps, among others. This class will end with a relaxing stretch, focus on breathing.
PILATES created by Joseph H. Pilates; the focus of this discipline is to strengthen and stretch the abdomen and torso by solely using the body. Technique involves proper breathing and control over various muscles using deeper connection with mind and body.
Shred 30 – This class pairs strength-building, weighted exercises with bursts or cardio-based HIIT. Meaning you will keep your heart rate high while toning and strengthening!
SLOW FLOW VINYASA YOGA – Following breath work and stretches to warm the body, students move into a series of floor based and standing yoga poses that flow in a sequence. The class includes the sun salutations, alignment of breath with movement and mind/body awareness to promote relaxation and well being. This is for beginner to intermediate students and is a great addition to other athletic training routines.
STEP AND STRENGTH – is a fun way to get your cardio and strength training. Intervals of cardio and resistance activities build muscle and burn fat. Step-n-Strength involves moving up and down the step as well as laterally, targeting your lower body muscle groups when ascending and descending the step.
STEP FUZION – A fuzion of two classic aerobic routines, this class combines step choreography and a variety of strength training equipment to give you the best of both worlds when it comes to boosting your heart rate and working your muscles.
TAI CHI is an ancient Chinese tradition that, today, is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing.
TABATA – This 30 minutes class features timed work of moderate to higher intensity work for 20 seconds on and 10 seconds of rest. You will work the entire body through body weight exercises, weighted exercises and cardio drills. Kick up your metabolism for the day!
TOTAL BODY STRENGTH – A serious strength training workout that creates lean muscle mass and burns body fat. All levels will enjoy this class. This muscle strengthening class works with free weights/plates, utilizing a combination of compound, isolation and core strength/stability exercises.
YOGA FLOW – This class provides a combination of healthy alignment and the freedom to play within familiar and new poses. From beginners to seasoned practitioners, this class hopes to broaden the range of capabilities of each person through the instruction of alignment and breath.
VINYASA YOGA – Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses that is one of the most popular styles of yoga in the United States. Also sometimes called “Vinyasa Flow Yoga,” this type of practice involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures. The fluid, almost dance-like movements increase flexibility, strength, and stamina, as it calms the mind and improves overall health.
