20/20/Core class combines 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength training, and 20 minutes of core exercises for an energizing workout that works your whole body. This class incorporates a variety of equipment, including light weights, step, and more.
BARRE class combines postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines like yoga and Pilates. The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements. Barre also incorporates light weights to bring the burn, as well as mats for targeted core work. This dynamic duo will challenge you and deliver amazing results with consistency.
BODYCOMBAT™ (by Les Mills International) is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, you strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.

CHAIR YOGA is a general term for practices that modify yoga poses so that they can be done while seated in a chair. These modifications make yoga accessible to people who cannot stand or lack the mobility to move easily from standing to seated to supine positions. Many of the basic body mechanics of the individual postures are retained, no matter the stance of the practitioner. While seated on chairs, students can do versions of twists, hip stretches, forward bends, and mild backbends.
DANCE FUSION class includes music from all cultures for an exciting cardio workout that will tone your body. Latin, K-pop, Afro, hip-hop, pop, and many more music styles are used for this fun workout to keep you moving and your heart pumping. If you like Zumba Fitness®, this class is another great dance fitness option!
EASY FIT STRENGTH class is designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and improve activities for daily living. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support and class can be modified depending on fitness levels.
GENTLE YOGA is the perfect class for all levels of yoga students, and is a slower, mat-based class. It is more challenging than our Chair Yoga class, in that stretched and poses are offered in supine, kneeling, or on hands/knees on the mat. There are flowing standing poses as well, but at a slower, gentler pace adjusted to the abilities of the students. Members must bring their own mats, and yoga blocks and straps are encouraged if you have them!
GUTS & BUTTS is a class dedicated to toning your core, glutes, hamstrings, quads, and more lower body with targeted strengthening movements and cardio.
PILATES created by Joseph H. Pilates; the focus of this discipline is to strengthen and stretch the abdomen and torso by solely using the body. Technique involves proper breathing and control over various muscles using deeper connection with mind and body.
POWER YOGA is a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses that is one of the most popular styles of yoga in the United States. This type of practice involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures. The fluid, almost dance-like movements increase flexibility, strength, and stamina, as it calms the mind and improves overall health.
RISE AND RIDE combines various cycling drills that offer an exhilarating cardiovascular and interval-based full body workout designed to burn fat, increase strength, and improve cardio conditioning.
SPRINT is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. The 30 minutes you put into a LES MILLS SPRINT™ workout drives your body to burn calories for hours. You combine bursts of intensity, where you work as hard as possible, with periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. The payoff? You smash your fitness goals, fast.
TABATA features timed work of moderate to higher intensity work for 20 seconds on and 10 seconds of rest and is a serious strength training workout that creates lean muscle mass and burns body fat. All levels will enjoy this class. This muscle strengthening class works with free weights/plates, utilizing a combination of compound, isolation and core strength/stability exercises. You will work the entire body through body weight exercises, weighted exercises and cardio drills. Kick up your metabolism for the day!
WHEELS OF STEEL burns calories, melts fat, and will increase your cardio endurance through various cycling drills for 55 minutes.
YIN YOGA targets your deep connective tissues, compared to yang yoga which targets your muscles. It’s slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. Because you’re holding poses for a long period of time than you would in traditional types of yoga, yin yoga helps you stretch and lengthen those rarely-used tissues while also teaching you how to breathe through discomfort and sit with your thoughts.
YOGA FLOW class provides a combination of healthy alignment and the freedom to play within familiar and new poses. From beginners to seasoned practitioners, this class hopes to broaden the range of capabilities of each person through the instruction of alignment and breath.
ZUMBA® is a Latin-inspired dance-fitness program that blends red-hot international music and contagious dance steps to form a “fitness-party” atmosphere that is fun and addicting! Our class on Tuesdays at 10AM is designed for entry-level and is lower-impact.
