Training Session Descriptions:
STRENGTH: 75-minute session focused on building functional strength and mobility, which are the foundation of all other athletic attributes. Each athlete performs a personalized program, consisting of resistance and weight training and mobility drills, under the direct supervision of one of our Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists.
S.P.A.R: 60-minute session focused in improving on S.P.A.R. (Speed, Power, Agility, and Reaction time). Dynamic, fast-paced program includes a variety of drills and exercises with an emphasis on proper technique.
RE-BOOT CAMP: 75-minute outdoor training program to maximize safety and social distancing while providing a fun and challenging full-body training program. This comprehensive session includes resistance training, ability, mobility and conditioning exercises.
