Training Session Descriptions

STRENGTH: 75-minute sessions focused on building functional strength and mobility, which are the foundation of all other athletic attributes.  Personalized sport-specific programs are created, executed and performed under the direct supervision of Elite’s staff in a small group, strength-based training session. This small setting allows us to ensure athletes demonstrate proper form and technique with all exercises while also developing camaraderie among our athletes.

S.P.A.R (Speed, Power, Agility & Reaction): 60-minute sessions performed under the direct supervision of Elite’s staff in a larger group, speed & agility-based program. These sessions focus on improving other aspects of athleticism, such as speed, power, agility, change of direction, and reaction time. Athletes improve these other attributes through specific speed training techniques, agility and change-of-direction drills, and plyometric and power-building exercises.
