Training Session Descriptions

STRENGTH: 75-minute sessions focused on building functional strength and mobility, which are the foundation of all other athletic attributes.  Personalized sport-specific programs are created, executed and performed under the direct supervision of Elite’s staff in a small group, strength-based training session. This small setting allows us to ensure athletes demonstrate proper form and technique with all exercises while also developing camaraderie among our athletes.

S.P.A.R (Speed, Power, Agility & Reaction): 60-minute sessions performed under the direct supervision of Elite’s staff in a larger group, speed- & agility- based program. These sessions focus on improving other aspects of athleticism; such as speed, power, agility, change of direction, and reaction time. Athletes improve these other attributes through specific speed training techniques, agility and change-of-direction drills, and plyometric and power exercises.
