Anthony Sacchetti, 14, from Mansfield, arrived at Elite Sports Performance & Physical Therapy in September 2017 with the goal of increasing strength, speed, agility, and vertical leap. He has been training at Elite in our Athlete Semi-Private Training Program consistently twice a week to accomplish these goals and given his big improvements in test times across the board (check out his stats), he has been doing an awesome job so far!

In addition to these impressive gains, Anthony’s father has also seen an increase in his son’s confidence and has seen firsthand how Elite’s trainers have pushed Anthony to new levels he did not know he could reach. His father and the Elite staff are extremely impressed with his commitment to training, always looking for more! Even an additional training session between basketball and baseball practices; his impeccable attendance speaks volumes. He has yet to miss a training session in his 6+ months of training at Elite! Anthony understands the importance of a well-designed strength and conditioning program and how it has transformed his game both on the court and field. “Every practice, every game, every off-day, every training session, every offseason, he’s just always working to get better.”

Anthony competes at a high level for both baseball and basketball. He plays for the Mass Hurricanes and on the eighth grade AAU Mass Premier Gold team. He also plays baseball and basketball for the Mansfield Hornets. His accomplishments include winning back-to-back Hockomock All-Star League championships for baseball with Mansfield and winning the 2017 Ripken National Blue Crab U13 tournament in Aberdeen, Maryland with the Hurricanes, where he was the Championship Game MVP! Although quite some time away, Sacchetti won’t have a problem getting into his college of choice. He is extremely focused on his grades and the amount of time he studies. With a jam-packed schedule between both sports and schoolwork, it’s a routine Anthony has perfected over the years; in addition to consistently being found on the Honor Roll! It’s no surprise to us Anthony excels in academics — “Those who can learn and go about their business the same way in the academic world as they do the athletic world, it’s just a standard they make for themselves.”

We are excited to recognize Anthony Sacchetti as Elite’s Athlete of the Month for April 2018. Congratulations, Anthony! We appreciate your diligent work ethic and a strong desire to better yourself and be the best athlete you can be. Good luck in your upcoming seasons, and thank you for all your hard work and dedication to being Elite! We are excited to see what the future holds for Anthony and we look forward to working with you!
