Improving your performance and getting results is our top priority during sports performance training at Elite Sports Performance Center, and we’ve worked with athletes of all types from most major sports and some less common sports as well. Our comprehensive, personalized programs will improve your strength, power, speed, agility, dynamic balance, and flexibility. You’ll also improve your core stability and reduce the risk of injury while playing and training. Through quality coaching, education, and training, we strive to help you achieve your peak abilities in your sports and stay healthy. To purchase sessions ONLINE – click here! Simply sign-in to your iClub account, click “shop” in the upper left-hand corner, and you will see our 3 options listed as “Sports Performance Special”. If you are new to Elite, you will need to complete an initial Athlete Assessment. Our process starts with an Athlete Assessment, a one-on-one evaluation with a member of our training staff that includes a thorough movement screen, as well as functional and performance testing, to look for any specific issues that may need to be addressed as part of the program. Our trainers then design a personalized, sport-specific program based on the sports, needs, and goals of each athlete. The cost of the Athlete Assessment is $49, but that fee is waived if an athlete begins a training program within 7 days of the Athlete Assessment. For first time registrants in our online system, you will need the agreement number of the member who will be participating in the program, the name of the participating member as it appears in our membership database, and the email address attached to the participating member as it appears in our membership database to create an account. Sessions are available for booking through the same purchasing portal by clicking “schedule” in the upper left-hand corner. Times are as listed below:
