Through coaching individual athletes or entire teams, we provide sports-specific programs designed to improve performance in a variety of sports. Our nationally certified strength and conditioning specialists work athletes of all ages and skill levels.
Athletic Training Schedule
Review our schedule of semi-private training opportunities led by highly skilled and experienced trainers. You can also book your spot in any of the classes.
Speed, power, agility, reaction (SPAR) training is available at our Foxboro location to improve athletic performance while reducing risks of injury. The training sessions include agility and change-of-direction drills, plyometric training to improve explosive power, speed training, and drills to improve reaction time.
This program offers professional training for entire sports teams from our strength and conditioning specialists. We focus on improving the essential attributes that drive your team’s overall performance, including strength, speed, agility, and power.
Athlete Training Programs
Through sports-specific, comprehensive training, this program includes an initial assessment and evaluation to design a customized program for each athlete. In a small group setting, our strength and conditioning specialists directly supervise your training and provide you with the coaching and motivation to maximize your results.
