Sports Performance Training
Whether coaching individual athletes or entire teams, we provide sports-specific programs designed to improve our athletes’ performance in a variety of sports. Our nationally-certified strength and conditioning specialists work athletes of all ages and skill levels.
Both locations offer experienced, expert Physical Therapists who specialize in orthopedic and sports injury rehabilitation and are dedicated to helping our patients recover quickly from injury and get back the sports or activities they love. We offer personalized, one-on-one quality care and accept most major insurances.
Speed, power, agility, reaction (S.P.A.R.) training is available at our Foxboro location to improve athletic performance while reducing risks of injury. The training sessions include agility and change-of-direction drills, plyometric training to improve explosive power, speed training, and drills to improve reaction time. S.P.A.R. sessions are 60-min in length, whereas our STRENGTH sessions are 75-min in length.
This program offers professional training for entire sports teams from our strength and conditioning specialists. We focus on improving the essential attributes that drive your team’s overall performance, including strength, speed, agility, and power. At Elite, we’ve worked with teams of all ages, from youth to professional and every level in between. Our team of strength & conditioning specialists and sports performance coaches will design a sports-specific program for your team that focuses on improving the most important attributes to your team’s overall performance, including strength, speed, agility, and power.
Elite Sports Performance Coaches
Elite’s team of Sports Performance Coaches are highly educated professionals with college degrees and accredited certifications in the field of Personal Training, Athletic Training, and Strength & Conditioning. Our coaches create a comprehensive, personalized program, which includes an initial assessment and evaluation, customized for each athlete. In a small group setting, our coaches directly supervise your training and provide you with the coaching and motivation to maximize your results.
